Compatibility of PSU and Motherboard

I want to know whether my old PSU will be compatible with a new build I am taking. I would be buying a Ryzen 3 1200 with MSI A320M PRO-VD Plus motherboard. I have a PSU whose specs are as follows:

FAN SIZE 140 mm
MODULAR Yes

Will this be compatible with the MSI motherboard?

Yes for most systems. What are the rest of the components? Is there a graphics card? That will be the component that draws the most power.

And yes, I would require a GPU with the Ryzen build, forgot about that. I am kinda low on budget and either of these options I have thought:

1. Ryzen 3 1200, MSI A320M PRO-VD, and GT 1030.
2. i3 8100, Gigabyte Z370P D3, and HD 630 (Integrated)

Both of them have almost an equal price, so which of them is a better option in terms of gaming and streaming performance? I think the 1st option would do fine but the i3 8100 is faster than Ryzen 3...

Yes, the power cables are universal (mostly). A graphics card like a GTX 106O has a system requirement of 450 watts.

If you are using a graphics card, then the better I3-8100 wins. If you are referring to integrated graphics, then the I3-8100 wins hands down because the Ryzen 3-1200 doesn't even mention having integrated graphics.
