Yes, they;re compatible.

Personally I'd suggest another PSU, the 450B really isn't very good.

For the extra $5, the CX450 from Corsair is a much better option.

Also you may want to compare prices.

They have bundles on newegg. Basically exactly what you picked out, it might be cheaper.

And yes I agree. PSU is the heart of any system. Give it some lovin.

You may even want to think about a higher wt one as well. Something like a 700-750wt. This will give you a better power efficient curve and allow for future expansion if needed. However, its not a make or break item. Just a recommendation.
