Hey, i'm building a PC, and i don't know anything about compatibility so i just wanted to get it checked.

Here's the build:

Processor:
Ryzen 5 1400

Graphics card:
AMD R9 270

Motherboard:
Asus Prime B350 M Motherboard Socket AM4 (uATX)

Storage:
Seagate barracuda 1tb

Power supply:

Corsair RM Series ATX/EPS Fully Modular 80 PLUS Gold Power Supply

Case:

Corsair CC-9011075-WW Carbide Series 100R Windowed Mid-Tower ATX

Memory:

Crucial 288 Pin 8GB (4GB x2) CL16 DDR4 DIMM

Here is the whole build, i know the GPU is a bit old but it's enough for me.
PS. im not from USA or England so my english can be a bit wrong, sorry about that.

Solution
Grab this, i've had to cut to generic DDR4 RAM to keep under budget, but if you can spend a touch more get this: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/cLkwrH/gskill-memory-f42400c15d8grr

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor (€78.21 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: ASRock - B250M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (€82.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Crucial - 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (€54.86 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Seagate - BarraCuda 1TB 2.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive (€53.95 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Video Card: MSI - Radeon RX 580 4GB ARMOR OC Video Card...

The R9 270 is the only one that i own right now, and all the other parts i'm just going to buy.
And thank you for answering :)

I can Consider changing the processor, but i don't know what PSU would suffice for me, since i'm going to get a new GPU later on. would a 600-650W suffice? Or is it a Overkill?

The budget is around 500-600 € and i am going to buy from www.amazon.de Since they have a promotion that anything over 39 € include a free shipping. why am i doing this? the price on components in german is very much cheaper than in finland.

Thanks man, I really appreciate it, was having trouble picking the parts, so thanks! :)

I have to disagree on this seeing as you already have a gpu mate.
& yes the 270 isnt great now & youll have to reduce settings for gaming, but Id personally stick with yur original ryzen idea with the budget you have.

Spending your money on core compents now means the only upgrade youll ever have to do in the future will be gpu based,it makes a lot lot more sense imo.

personally Id stump the extra for the 1500x, 25 euro more but pretty much worth that for the cooler alone imo.
+ a fairly hefty base & turbo clock increase.

for games such as gta v and bf1 i wouldn't recommend going with g4560 and the rx 580 if you want 60fps+ with ultra detail . but as you haven't stated which games and at what detail level/resolution you'd like to play it's making decisions for you in the dark whatever is suggested .
