Hello guys. I need to know if these parts are actually compatible, and if they are worth the 1200 CAD invested.

Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

Rosewill RCX-Z775-LP 33.5 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

MSI Z170A SLI ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Crucial 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory

Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GAMING Video Card

Rosewill Galaxy-03 ATX Mid Tower Case

Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Fractal Design FD-FAN-SSR3-80-WT 20.2 CFM 80mm Fan.

Please let me know if you would replace any component, or if something seems odd.

Solution
CPU and GPU should work fine together. If you don't plan on overclocking then you can get i5 6500 or i5 6600 (non-K) and get a cheaper mobo (this mobo supports oc) and invest money on something else
I don't really need 3TB, but I thought the SSD could wait. I'll check on that.
Would 450W work if i dont mean to oc?

Appart from that, what do you think about the CPU and Videocard? Are they decent? Any bottlenecking going on?

Thank you for your answer :)
