Compatibility problems help

Hello! I am pretty much a noob when it comes to PC and building one. I want to make a very cheap one with some parts that i have. I search for compatibility issues and I think there are none but I would really appreciate if someone who knows more then me would assure me for my safety. So these are the big components :
Motherboard: ASUS M2V-MX SE
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 6450 512MB PCIEX16
Processor: AMD X2 64 4800+
