As far as the cpu cooler fitting into the case .. your good to go. The case allows coolers up to 167mm in size and that cooler you have in your build is 160mm.

btw if this build is primarily for gaming then save $100 on the cpu and go with the 5800X and with the money saved size up your SSD to a 2TB NVMe SSD. You can find them on Newegg and Amazon for right around $200 atm.
