I want to buy this exact ram: KF432C16BB1K2/32

As far as I can see, this RAM is not on my motherboard's QVL list (I have a quite old motherboard Gigabyte AB350-Gaming3). I have a Ryzen 5600 running at stock settings.

What are the chances it will actually run at 3200mhz stable?

It should be fine and run at its rated speed. I see no issues here.
