Dear Fellow Forumers,

I currently have a system running Asus P5Q SE Mobo (http://www.asus.com/Motherboard/P5Q_SE/#specifications) , ATI Radeon 4800 512MB, 4GB 800Mhz Corsair DDR2 RAM (2 gb x 2), Win XP and I plan to upgrade the system (with limited budget about $200-$250).

I believe upgrading the GPU would be my best bet at the moment, however, i'm afraid i might buy one that is incompatible with my current setup and/or bottleneck issues. Can someone suggest what GPU I should go for within the price range?

Also, would it be feasible for me to upgrade to Win 7 to take advantage of the new Direct X?

Thanks in advance everyone!!

(Provided you have a 3Ghz or better dual core ofcourse)

You can upgrade to Win7 no problem :)

Try adding another 4Gb if possible this will help your Gaming.

Hi guys, i just realized that my PSU is only 510W (Max Output)

OUTPUT SPEC.
Output Power 450W
Max. Power 510W

Does this mean that I have skip the 500W cards and instead go for onewith lower power requirement (400W) like the GTX 650Ti?

How can i tell if my PSU has enough power to support my entire system (inclusive of the GPU of course :) )
