Compatibility? With monitor stand

Hey im just asking If the Mount-It! Dual Monitor Mount Desk Stand for LCD LED Computer
Is compatible With the Asus rog swift pg258q and the Acer K242HQL

Like, With the size, Weight and right screws

Because In the manual for the Asus screen it says "use only UL certified monitor stand"

So is it compatible with as I said weight, screws, right holes for fitting it, and size

And is it UL certified?

1. So why does it then say in the manual that the stand has to have that certification

2. Btw does the stand have the right screws ( m4 x 10mm) ?

3. Is also says that the stand minimum weight capacity should be 22,7 kg so is that stand enough for both of the monitors with the weight?

That is what it says in the manual and the monitor mount can hold up to 19 kg but it says that it should be at least 22,7 kg so im still worried.

last quiestion what about in the manual for the asus monitor it says that you should use a monitor stand cappable of atleast 22.7 kg weight or something like that
but the one i want is cappable of 19 kg
am i then safe

i was just worried about the 22kg because i didnt want a expensive 240 hz monitor to fall down and break.
but is the desk mount i linked you good or is it bad

240hz for gaming
60 hz for everything else
