Compatibility with Motherboard

Hi i am looking to get a new graphics card for my computer. But i don't if the card i have fund will work with my motherboard(Asus p5g41t-M Lx2/gb) the graphics card is a GeForce GTX 650Ti 1GB PhysX CUDA.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The 650Ti will probably work in the one PCI-E x16 slot on the MB. PCIe 3.0 devices are backwards compatible and in most cases they work in older boards with a x16 PCIe slot. No guarantees though.
