Good afternoon community!

I planning to buy a new GPU for my computer. (These are my spec for my current config)

motherboard: asus m5 a78l-m le
cpu :AMD FX 6300 3,5 GHz
ram :HyperX 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
vga :Nvidia 9600 GT 512 MB ram gddr5 ( yea this guy is a "bit" old now and thats why i want to upgrade it for a newer one)
psu :450 watt

My resolutions are to buy a ASUS GeForce GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 2GB GDDR5

And im afraid it wont be compatible with my motherboard and i think 450 voltage wont be enough for the new vga. Maybe im talking silly things im not into psu and voltage things so much.

So first question:
- Do i have to buy a new psu with the new vga as well ?

Second:
- I think my motherboard has a pci-e x16 slot (there is my current vga) and because this vga is a 7 year old one the new vga maybe has a different slot and it wont be compatible with my current motherboard slot.

Excuse me for everyone who read this because of my rookie english skills , i tried my best :)
And if somebody decide to reply i would really appreciate it !
Thank you guys!

For your personal knowledge you should call a "vga" a gpu! :)

Thermal and Power Specs:
95 CMaximum GPU Tempurature (in C)
60 WGraphics Card Power (W)
300 WMinimum System Power Requirement (W)

This is what nvidia recommends for the 750ti, you should check if you have enough connectors on your psu to plug it.

Okey i will call it a gpu from now on :)
Maybe i misunderstood something but u say that only the gpu needs 300+65+95 watt?(460) Thats much a bit isn'it ?
i cannot believe how i could not find this website before . Thats what i was looking for , and yeah my motherboard is supported , thank you :)

Well , i actually dont know. But what i know is that this one is not a thermaltake or some kind of "better" one. Its just works well and capable of 450 watts.

yeah somewhere i read the same and i hope this will be true :)) Thank you!

It means the minimum PSU you can use is a 300w one, yours a 450w should do fine! If its a "no-name" psu than thats different. In this case i would recommend buying a 500w psu from a trusted company. But it will still work with your actual psu
