What are the amd graphics that are compatible with 300w psu my budget is 4000-5000INR($64-80)?

AMD Radeon 7750, AMD Radeon R7 240, R7 240X, R7 250, R7 250X.

I think that is all the ones you should consider. There are some in the 6000 series, but these have a lot better performance and lower power draw comparatively.
