Will this motherboard be compatible for my build? I'm in need for a new one.

Motherboard - ASUS Prime Z390-A
CPU - i5-7600K
GPU - ASUS ROG Strix 1070
RAM - Corsair 3000MHz

No it's not compatible Z390 is for 8th and 9th Gen only.
You need a Z270 board.
