PNY 16GB XLR8 Gaming Chroma RGB™ DDR4 3200MHz Desktop Memory

MotherBoard -

ASRock B365 Phantom Gaming 4 LGA1151/ Intel B365/ DDR4/ Quad CrossFireX/ SATA3&USB3.1/ M.2/ A&GbE/ATX Motherboard

CPU -

Intel Core i5-9400F 9th GEN 2.90 GHz up to 4.10 GHz Max Turbo Frequency/ 9 MB Cache

I just want to know if these components are all compatible together?

That motherboard and CPU will work together no problem, however the memory would be limited to DDR4 2666 speed as you need a Z series motherboard if you want to run with faster memory.

Personally I would just look at getting a cheaper memory kit (if that memory is a good price there should be no...
