my system is little bit outdated and I was thinking to upgrade my graphic card. Is Palit 1GB GeForce GTS 450 GDDR5 PCI Express

It should work. You may want to be prepared to swap out the PSU, but at least based on a cursory review of the specs, you'll probably be fine. Just have a new PSU picked out in the event you need it would be my suggestion.
