Compatibilty of Graphic Card

I have a Lord Electronics g41+ich9+775 motherboard paired with 4 gb ddr3 ram and intel core 2 duo processor.
I want to ask whether my motherboard is compatible with zotac nvdia gt 1030 2 gb gddr5 Gpu.
My motherboard has a Pcie 16 slot.But unlike others it has no lock at the end which is used to lock the Gpu in place.
Also Can i run watchdogs 2 with this Configuration?

You install and run any game on the system, the real question is if you can play the game on your system. You'll see that you either can't install the game or the frame rates are horrible enough to give up(albeit at the lowest settings).
