compatibilty with my old machine stuffs

i want to upgrade my machine along with intel G4560 with Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H Motherboard 1151 mobo so my question is will my hard disk and DVD writer will work with this motherboard or i have to purchase a new one my current machine is hp P6-2010ix please help me out

HP says that PC came with SATA drives so they will work. BUT I don't think you are taking into account that you will need to buy a video card? Also that will most likely necessitate an after market power supply. If you don't have or can't buy a video card you should upgrade the CPU to a Core i3 minimum since the G4560 cannot make use of the onboard video.

i have gt 710 which i am planning to install it in new upgrades so it means my old hard drive psu hard disk will work with this new mobo and one more thing i want to keep this mobo is it convenient

You will still have to do a new/fresh/clean install of Windows.
