There is no such thing as "more compatible." It's either compatible or it's not.

Which i5 is it and what are you going to do with the computer? Gaming, video editing, surfing the web, etc? Also, what is your system going to consist of? Multi-GPU support, how many HDDs, form factor, etc.

EDIT: Why does it have to be ASUS? There are other great boards too.
