Question Compatible components for P5G41T-M LX3 motherboard

Hello i want to upgrade my computer that has a P5G41T-M LX3 motherboard with a Core 2 Quad Q9550 , 8 GB of RAM 1333MHz and my main question is will a MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB GAMING X Graphics Card work normally on my motherboard , i have a PSU with 2 X 6 Pins and i will buy a connector with 8 Pin in which i connect the 2 X 6 Pins or just buy a new PSU so the power is not a problem . So my question is will the GPU work properly with 8GB of RAM 1333MHz and a Core 2 Quad Q9550 ? And also is it compatible with my motherboard so it won't cause any problems ? Also my BIOS i newer than 2010 .
