I have old H61m-DGS and a 1700k Lga 1151 socket and the ram is an DDr4 2133 c115-15-35 rip jaw are ?all these part compatible with the mother board if not what motherboard would go with these?

The motherboard is a socket 1155 which would not be compatible with an Lga 1151 cpu. There is a wide choice of socket 1151 motherboards which may or may not be available in your location:

In addition you can not use ddr4 with that mobo.
