I have Dg41RQ mother board PC powered by win 10 os, please suggest the compatible wireless dual channel wireless network card for my PC

What slots are available on your motherboard?
For dual band wifi adapter you'll have to use PCIE slot. If you have PCIE graphics card installed already, then no PCIE slots are available.
PCI wifi adapters usually are not dual band.

Only one PCI slot is there; I haven't connected any graphics card. I need wifi and Bluetooth adapter in a same card.

I am using the USB adapter its not stable that's why I am looking for PCI adapter.
