I was wondering what settings I can play PUBG with my PC set up:

Mobo: ASRock Z370 Gaming K6
Processor: i7 8700K
RAM: 8gb ddr4
VCard: ASUS GTX 1060 Strix Dual OC 6gb
PSU: 650w 80+ Gold Full Modular

yes you'll be fine, i'd suggest that you get 8gb more ram, modern AAA games can use it. otherwise you are good to go

If your PSU is a good one, 650W PSU does not need to be upgraded unless you are planning for SLI/XFire.
GTX1060 6GB does not need to be upgraded if you play on 1080p 60Hz, for now.
Only these can still be useful: 16GB RAM in total and perhaps an SSD, if you do not have one yet.

1060 6G is fine for PUBG. I can run mine at all high settings 60-90fps 1080p
