This is my first system I'm making. Please would anyone be able to help me ant let me know of the best compatible rtx 2080 card with this system. (Preferably around the £700 mark)

Any of them really. Any RTX will be compatible.

Also, I would say you can probably get better quality PSUs - at the very least, ones with much better warranties for around the same price.
Like Seasonic FOCUS Plus Gold, Corsair RMx or TMx etc.
