Is my pc compatible with Asus GeForce GT 710 2GB GDDR5 GPU?

Yes the 710 is compatible. The mainboard should have a PCIe gen 2 16x slot you can install it in. If the image below is the board you have in that PC you should be able to install it in that black PCIe slot of the bottom of the board in this pic, just below that 3v battery. The 710 isn't demanding in terms of power so it should draw power from the board itself, no need to run power cables to it.

GT710 is not going to be able to play any real games. Some very light stuff will work at lower resolutions.
