compatible graphic card for asus p5kpl-am/ps with 4gb DDR2 ram?
budget upto 200USD.
do i have to upgrade my ram to DDR3?
any suggestion for 1gb graphic card.

You have a weak cpu for mid range card.if you want to get 200$ card then you need to get new cpu.as gpu will bottleneck your cpu.i would suggest get gpu under 100dollars.Hd 7750 would be good for that cpu.i am suggesting hd 7750 1gb at $94 at newegg.
