Compatible Intel i5-3340 GPU Suggestion

I've got a Intel i5-3340 and i would like to build a Desktop with it...

i plan:
MotherBoard : Any H61 type (Asrock) (Very cheap in our Country PH)
PSU : FSP Raider 80+ Silver 550w/650w
Memory : 2gb & 4gb XMS3 DDR3 1333mhz Memory (from my old PC)
GPU: ??

my question is which card will suffice?
GTX660ti? GTX 760? or R9 270x???

as i dont overclock but i want to play latest games with medium setting (just want a decent FPS) but i think my CPU & memory would bottleneck what i plan... can you guys suggest which on those... like to play batman arkham series, tom raider, castlevania and hopefully watchdogs.....

A GTX 760 will work.
If your budget doesn't cut to a GTX 760, then get the R9 270X.

-The CPU and the RAM sticks will not bottleneck the mentioned GPUs by any means.
-Perfomance wise its like GTX 660 Ti<R9 270X<GTX 760<R9 280. Depends on your budget and availability.

i know as per mentions here a good one is Seasonic but i dont have the budget for that which cost 4000php for a 500w only... :C

what other brand would do???

For PSU, EVGA/ SeaSonic/ XFX/ Corsair (except CX/ VS/ CXM)/ Antec are all good brands.

Seasonic S12II 520w 80PLUS Bronze (520W) 2750PHP or Seasonic S12II 620W 80PLUS Bronze (620W) 3300PHP... 600 pesos difference.. (almost 15 dollar difference??? what will suffice the those GPU i mention... i also like to add cooling fans as i dont want my RIG to be heat friendly.... does 620w will do?

The 520W is plenty, 620W for more headroom (not a compulsion, but will only be better). If getting 620W will reduce your budget for GPU, then go for 520W.

Asus GTX 760 DirectCU II OC Ed 2gb-256bit DDR5 does this 760 GPU would do??? or Zotac GTX 760 AMP! 2gb 256bit ddr5?? what brand is the best?

I'd stick with Asus/ EVGA/ MSI/ GB for GPUs.
