Compatible Issues to CPU

I use ASUS Z68 motherboard with LGA 1155 socket, but does it support or possible to use with 1156 above or higher CPU's? If so, Please suggest.

Also, does this ASUS P8Z68 V/Gen3 supports the 3rd generation 23nm CPU?

It will support 3rd gen (Ivy Bridge) 22nm CPUs. There are no 23nm chips currently made. It'll also work with 32nm 2nd gen (Sandy Bridge) CPUs.

It won't work with first gen LGA1156 CPUs, as it's a different socket. Using one could damage both the board and the CPU.
