The ASRock H97M Pro4 is great for a single graphics card. If you want to run a pair of cards in SLI, you will need a Z97 board. You will also need a better PSU.
If it were me, I would plan on running a single, more powerful card. You will still want to replace your Corsair "CX," which is not a good PSU, especially under heavy loads.
For a single card, 650W will be sufficient. Choose a model made by Seasonic (their own; XFX; EVGA GS; some Antec), Delta (some Antec), or Super Flower (EVGA G2, B2, or P2; Kingwin Lazer, Rosewill Capstone).
