Hey guys I was looking to upgrade this PC I had, a Dell GX280 SFF, but the motherboard limits me to upgrading. So I was looking for a motherboard that would support the RAM that I already have which is 4GB PC6400 DDR2 with 800mhz and I have another 2GB on another PC. Could anyone inform me with a motherboard that is LGA1155 and could read the memory? If not possible, could you suggest the best LGA775 motherboards out there? That way I don't waste money on memory. I also plan on updating the CPU from P4 3.2 to a better one. Any suggestions?

P.S. I'm experimenting with building a gaming-video editing PC, but I want to get some experience before I build a high end PC so this would be a good way to get used to it.

Yeah I am currently saving up for a high end build w/i5-3570k & ASRock Z77 Extreme4 and an HD 7970. I just want to get some practice before I get to that point. So I'm messing around and trying to make it into a better PC. Any LGA775 boards you would recommend?

Yeah I know I already watched the tutorials and I am currently saving up for a build I already have the i5-3570k and ASRock Z77 Extreme4 board. Now I just need to save up for a good GPU. Meanwhile, I am trying out stuff with this leftover PCs I got, some GX280 SFF so yeah. Since you don't think there's much room for an upgrade, what you think of my high end PC build I'm working on right now? here's the thread.
