I'm using a Intel Quadcore i7 3770k, GTX 760 and DDR3 RAM. What would be a decent motherboard in the 70-140 pound range?

Yes, that MB will work, depending upon your budget, but you could choose another one.

And now you got a HASWELL CPU, so not all PSU can handle that CPU, so the obvious question is what's the make/model of your PSU ?
