Hello!

I was looking for a new video card for my gaming computer, to make it even more powerful. I've got a GeForce GTX 750 right now, which gets the job done with games such as Battlefield 4, Hardline, etc. But in some games I am experiencing FPS drops which I think, are really annoying, a good example of it is Grand Theft Auto 5, which, if grass is turned on, gets an FPS drop every now and then when looking, or going to a place where there is a lot of grass. Anyways, I found a video card that I want and that fits my budget (as I'm not the kind of person who would spend 500 Euros on a video card). It's this video card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127832
It's the GTX 970. But now I'm worried about whether it will be compatible with my motherboard, and if it will fit or not. I've got a MSI Military Class Motherboard H81M-P33, and a Intel Core i7-4790 Processor.

So basically, the question is, will this videocard be a good choice, and will it make my pc more powerful? Or does it even fit?

Also I am seeing that GTA uses A LOT of RAM memory when turning the textures to "High", is it maybe a better choice to get another RAM? I've got one RAM right now, which is 8GB. (Vengeance Corsair)

Thanks so much for reading!
