My specs:
Mobo- Asus M5a97 LE R2.0
CPU- AMD FX4100 3.6 GHz
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz 16 GB(8+8)
HDD- Toshiba 2 TB 7200 RPM

Is Corsair CX 430 compatible with my system...I mean is it sufficient enough or need something else???
I need a budget PSU of Corsair or maybe cooler master....

Solution
The VP450P from what I can see has some pretty average capacitors. It's certainly not the worst, but to be honest, it isn't much better than the cx430. How about the new cx450 (2017 model). That is better than the antec and old cx by far while being at a similar price:

Alternatively you could get the evga 500b. My brother uses one with an i5 4460 and a gtx 960 for two years so far, so it should be easily good enough:

Wattage/power-wise, it's sufficient, BUT, the CX430 is a very low-quality unit (and already discontinued). I would personally get a better quality model (still affordable), such as the Corsair CX450M or other better models (if sold at a good price).

Note that the CX430 is about ~$50. For the same budget range, I would recommend getting:

Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($55.24 @ Amazon)

SeaSonic - 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($46.89 @ Newegg) * +$15 rebate

In a Semi-Modular PSU, some necessary cables are attached to the body (such as the ATX and ATX12V/EPS power cables) and some optional cables are detached from the body (such as the SATA, PCIE, and Molex cables), where you'll only plug in what you need.

In a Fully-Modular PSU, all necessary and optional cables are detached from the body and you'll plug in what you need.

Depends on what specific Antec model you are referring to. Most of Antec's 450-watt PSUs are Non-Modular, such as the NE450C (by CWT), Neo Eco 450C and TP-450C (by Seasonic), NeoEco II 450 (by Delta), and the VP450 series and the EA450 series (by FSP and/or Delta). Only the Antec's NE450M (by CWT) and Neo Eco 450 (by Seasonic) are Semi-Modular.

Those PSU you recommend is out of my budget 'cuz of the shipping charge which is almost same as the product itself...So, I want a few more suggestions regarding it...
For that I wanna say about my needs..I'm not a hardcore gamer, play a few racing games like nfs rivals, project cars, F1 2014, Grid series etc, do some photo editing staffs too and run some 3d editing softwares...I want a safe, reliable PSU which won't damage my system...
So what do you recommend??... I have a personal recommendation & that is Antec VP450P..So tell me whether it would be compatible with my system marginally or with some buffer region..I don't think with those operations mentioned above I would ever overclock my CPU...

That cx750 will be the older one then probably, which is far worse. And the gx750 is similar in quality to the antec you spoke about earlier. Also, you don't need a 750w psu. You wanted a psu for $47 and I'm suggesting a cx450 for less. The amount of watts is not important as long as it meets what you need. What is important is quality, and that isn't determined by the number on the name of the power supply. And a warranty is very important, I wouldn't skip that.
