Question Compatible ram for Dell G16 7620 laptop

Hi, i am thinking of upgrading the memory from 16(2x8) to 32gb(2x16) ddr5.

I would like to ask

1. Can i get 5600 ram or stick with 4800 (according to cpu-z the current system is at 4800)?
2. Is "crucial" compatible?

Yes, Crucial can be compatible and if you install "faster" memory, it will likely run at the laptop's 4800 pre-set speed (this is not an issue).

Thank you. The speed of 4800, is this a limit? How to know if the laptop can allow speeds to 5600? I cant find anything on the dell website.

From what I can tell, and it isn't uncommon with laptops, the BIOS doesn't allow for higher XMP settings.

From a user perspective, you'll see no difference between the two speeds, unless benchmarking.

Yeah, so i gathered. So i can go for the 2x16 4800 speed directly then as they are also an option, a cheaper one.
