Compatible Ram ? help please

ASROCK P67 Extreme 4 Gen 3 Motherboard with G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1600MHz PC3-12800 240-Pin Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM

My computer works with that combo-But Im not able to get Duel channel Memory - (Yes i tried all the slot combo's) So Im thinking its either the ram not being compatible or the Motherboard being defective pls Help, Thanks - oh and it registers as 8gbs on bios but not duel channel only single , thanks

yeah it was the motherboard. I rma'd it about a week and a half ago. Thanks for the reply
