Compatible to motherboard

If anyone could assist me I would be grateful I have a hpe elite pavilion 590 uk that has 6gb ram a Intel I 7 2600 non k processor I think a 780 or 800 psu can't remember exactly as I upgraded from the standard one and a GeForce gtx 750 ti over clocked edition that is not compatible with the standard motherboard so Ive been looking and found the asrock h61m dgs r2.0 motherboard so I wondering if that graphics card and motherboard are compatible

Any retail motherboard is compatible. It is just HP that sometimes has problems with their legacy BIOS interfacing with the newer UEFI BIOS of modern cards. Which GTX 750 Ti did you get? Might be easier to just return the card and get this one.

That's why I suggested the above model. It's the only one I've found that has that feature. Normally, the card's BIOS should detect if the board has UEFI or not, and switch to legacy BIOS. But HP is always problematic.

So if I sell mine on eBay and get the msi instead I can just connect it to pcie slot and the system should do the rest automaticlly

Not necessarily. You'd have to try it and see. If it didn't work, you'd have to move the switch to the other position and try again.
