Compatible WIndows 8 ???

TOday i just bought a new samsung screen S23C350H 23inch and it marked that its compatible Windows 8 , Could you please explain to me what does it mean ?

It's just a marketing gimmick.

You would really struggle to find a 23" monitor that isn't compatible with Windows 8.


If you want the facts... the minimum resolution for Windows 8 is 1024 x 768. Your screen meets or exceeds this resolution therefore can be called "Windows 8 Compatible"
