Looks good. I don't see any problems.

PSU is going to be a problem because you guys have very little selection and availability, under normal circumstances, for any even halfway decent quality power supplies. Since these are not normal circumstances with the Covid 19 situation, and a lack of supply on power supplies from China, since they pretty much all come from China, it's probably going to be really hard to find something decent and even harder to do so at a halfway reasonable price.

My advice would be to read this, and try to find something recommended there if possible. But, I know that's going to be tough because even normally most of those units are either not available in your region of South America or are terribly expensive.
