Compeer receiving power but not turning on

Computer receiving power but not turning onJust now I added a second graphics card to my computer, and I calculated the power needed which is fine (I have 600w PSU. The computer isn't turning on now, yet the motherboard and GPU LEDs are on and the lights on my keyboard are on. Help? I'm not sure if its a broken case or something else
