Complete factory reset

Get to Windows screen can't go any further keyboard & mouse pad will not respond. Did the restart F8. Advanced boot menu can pick any option from there keyboard won't respond have Windows 7 on usb flash but cant tell it to what to do

Sorry i have a old acer aspire laptop with Windows 7 home premium had to do a factory reset Windows it will go all the way to the end or the acer recovery Windows should start but it just recycle so i did the F8 ABO and selected to reboot from alternate drive after this page keyboard and mouse pad will not work you can text or call me if more convenient for you
