complete GameRig , Need some help here

First & Foremost , hi.

I'm looking for some components to completely update my rig

My current rig is :

Motherboard : MSI (Micro Star) H67MA-E45 (http://www.msi.com/product/mb/H67MAE45.html#hero-overview)

CPU : intel i5 - 2400 3.1Ghz ( OC to 3.4Ghz)

MEM : 4 GB Kingston at 1333Mhz

GPU : MSI Twin Frozr GTX 760 2GB

HDD : Samsung 1TB 7200 RPM

PSU : Xilence 700W 80bronze Certification

Case : Small Ugly (broken already to fit my GPU 😛 ) black box.


Currenlty upgrades I have in my mind :

Motherboard : Msi B75A=G43 Gaming S1155

CPU 🙁Wont change it , can run any game just fine on ultra) intel i5 - 2400 3.1Ghz ( OC to 3.4Ghz)

MEM : 8 GB Corsair Ballastic 1600 MHZ

GPU : (my baby & pride , so won't change this either ) MSI Twin Frozr GTX 760 2GB

HDD : Samsung 1TB 7200 RPM + AN EXTRA SSD Samsung 256 GB

PSU : Xilence 700W 80bronze Certification ( can give enough stable Wattage for both CPU and GPU )

Case : GIGABYTE SUMA ALPHA black mid tower case

What you picked out would work too. I decided to just put together this because I thought this stuff might be a little better.
I changed the case for the very reason that Gigabyte seems to make cheaper cases. But whatever hold your computer right?
