complete green screen with r9 290

hi guys from tomshardware

i have problem when i start up my pc everything goes green it is normal for a couple of seconds and then EVERYTHING turns green it worked before but when i changed in amd control panel gpu upscaling everthing went wrong i cant do anything i can go in safe mode but cant disable anything because of the safe mode not letting me get into the amd catalyst software plz HELP

i have fx 8350 ,r9 290, and samsung syncmasterB2230HD a HDTV with a hdmi cable

Undo any GPU overclocks.

Use this to completely remove all traces of graphics drivers.

Reinstall the Omega driver.

i cant undo my overclocks i cant access my msi afterburner or my amd catalyst in safe mode and normal doesnt work

Then just go straight to DDU and wipe the graphics driver. It will run in safe mode.

If you can't access the internet to download, boot into safe mode + networking.

thank you VERY MUCH it was the overclock that caused it it was overclocked to 1110MHZ core and 1400 MEM suprised that that dint work but thanks for the help!!

btw the normal core is 977 and mem 1250
