Good choices on the gpu, cpu, ram.

I would change all the other choices
mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128376&Tpk=UD3
ASRock is not a good company to get a mobo from, don't do it.

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371007
That PSU you chose is garbage. This one is the same price and much better quality.

HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136074&Tpk=wd3200aaks
This one is twice as fast and larger than that drive you chose.

You could afford an E5200 intel dual core, which is just a few bucks more. If you got that then I recommend the Gigabyte GA-EP43-UD3L mobo. That combo is a little better than the Kuma you picked out, but both are good.

So here are my recommendations
HDD something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136218&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL022609&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL022609-_-HardDrives-_-L0B-_-22136218 with promotion code EMCLNNT38 brings it down to $65 bigger and faster than the one you listed for not much more

also the PSU you listed is not recommended here take a look at this website and pick one from the top 2 tiers (ex Corsair, PCP&C, Seasonic, Antec Earthwatts...)with the wattage you want and youll be fine.
