completely erasing Hard drive

hi I recently got an ssd and its great fast and everything so since I have everything on the ssd I want to completely erase the hdd so that there isn't a thing on it so I can use it for fresh storage for stuff I don't need on my ssd. what is the simplest way to completely erase your hard drive? thanks🙂
 
Solution
Right click on computer and select manage. Go to disk management, select the hard disk and delete the volume. This will remove the partition. It should now say unallocated space. Now you can right click and select format. It will be ready to go.
