Completely messed up colors/graphics.

My PC's graphics are incredibly, mind numbingly terrible. I have no idea whats caused this but its gonna give me a seizure pretty soon.

Specs:
Ryzen 3 1300x
GTX 1050 ti
8gb Kingston RAM 2133 mhz
Corsair CX550M PSU
1tb Seagate HDD
MSI B350M GAMING PRO Motherboard

Also, everything looked 100% fine for a while, until the screen blacked out for a few seconds and came back on looking like that!

Its the Nvidia driver atm been realy shit right now. Havn issues with older gen & nvidia looking the other way & locking video card issues in their forums. Its been kept in the hush hush ditch the Nvidia card & go buy an AMD card wont have the issues that the Nvidia cards will start showing. I lost 2 on updates from Nvidia & know about 10 others & Nvidia been locking the forums before any1 can comment.
