Completely messed up my wireless adapter. Windows 8.1

I wake up this afternoon to find my network connections was stopped
>did normal restarting routers and stuff.
-nothing

>restored computer w/o affecting files
-still broken

>turned on wifi config in BIOS
-i think

-Managed to "delete" wifi adapter config by disabling and enabling via "Change Adapter Settings" window.
- (in this process I would get internet for a few seconds and it would disable itself or delete itself)
-Managed to get it back then lost it again because it showed the driver was present but showed "No connections found" on wifi list

I've been trying to get my desktop working since i woke up this morning 6 hours pass i have bullocks

Currently Wifi adapter driver has been destroyed
-I uninstalled it from Devmgmt.
-Dont know what to install ; stopped to be enlightened before I cause moar damage.

Nothing is working, any halps?
I'm unsure of the specifics and what I'm looking for in case of drivers.
its just listed as 8..11n ralink tech


Also in Devmgmt "PCI Simple Communications Controller has tiny ! on it listed on "Other Devices"
