Completely remove all accessibility options windows 8.1

I am starting to develop an irrational hatred towards people who need the accessibility options, sometimes they seemingly turn on by themselves, the narrator and something that makes "W" function as windows-key, annoying, when playing a game.

Is there any way to completely disable all this stuff, making it require some sort of incredibly complex maneuver to turn in back on again?

Sounds like its not your PC. Just stop other people using it.
