Question Completely ruined pc after upgrade?

I bought a Dell Optiplex 9020 last year and put a Gigabyte low profile 1050ti into it, worked perfectly no problems. Noticed about 6 months later it was getting quite hot so i decided to buy a new case with three fans in it, friend told me this would be fine. Case arrived, tried to put the whole Dell Optiplex in, found out dell have different conectors and stuff. Had to buy a whole new motherboard, one of the fans broke on the Dell so no going back now. New motherboard arrives, and all is well, for about a week. All games i play are slow, can't even launch GtaV when i was getting 60fps fine on the old Optiplex. I dont know what to do! Please help!
