Component compatibility check

I am building my first gaming, programming, drafting, editing, media station pc. I do intend on upgrading the graphics card within this build as well as the storage. Both by a considerable margin. I will be adding a better cooling option in the future as well. I just need to know if this is a good start at getting my foot in the door so I can begin working and doing assignments, while still tackling some full 1080p while gaming???

Everything's fine except the psu. Get a better quality unit like Seasonic S12II/M12II, Corsair RMx/RMi/CXm or EVGA Supernova(except NEX).
