I am wanting to upgrade my set up for newer games like The Witcher 3 and soon to be Fallout 4

I simply want to replace my Radeon HD 7850 1GB 256-Bit GDDR5 with a
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Super Clocked ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

Will this card be supporting by my MOBO and my PSU? Also, are there any noticeable bottlenecks with the current build that would not allow this card to reach its full potential? Thanks for any advice

Solution
The EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Super Clocked ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card should have no problem running in your system.

Your PSU is more than sufficient to power your system with that graphics card.
