Component Compatibility Question?

So I'm planning to upgrade my PC, and I'm newer to computers, so I would like to do a check on if all these parts are compatible

Motherboard: ASRock 880GM-LE FX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4GB 2x2
Hard Drive: Toshiba 320GB Internal hard drive
Powersupply: Corsair CX500
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 965
Graphics Card: Sapphire Radeon R7 260x 2GB DDR5

which budget you have?
you need a completely new rig instead of yours, because the ASRock 880GM-LE FX is a crap one

No budget. I already have this build except for this video card and PSU, Just wanting to see if the PSU and video card is compatible with everything else. The motherboard is fine for me except it has a max of 8GB RAM.

a cheap and good psu...should be a corsair CX 600M.... xfx and seasonic are a little bit better , but very expensive
